The issue may be resolved by replacing the key socket or re-soldering, but please understand that this is a handmade product by an amateur who last soldered in junior high school. ■ Some keys may not be recognized when editing with Keymap. This can sometimes be fixed by reconnecting the cable or pressing the reset button. ■ Since this was purchased before black PCBs and black trackball cases were available, the plate cross-section was painted with a black marker and the top plate was painted black with lacquer spray as a custom modification. The paint job is imperfect, and there are areas where the paint has peeled off due to use or the use of a key switch puller.
