I purchased this at Isetan Shinjuku a few years ago for around 60,000 yen. It's an unlined type made of soft lamb leather. I've worn it several times, so there's a sense of wear. It's size 38, which is about a size M, but it's a compact design, so I don't think you can wear thick sweaters underneath.
