This is tour merchandise from the brilliant green. It's a keyholder of Petakunmu, a character drawn by the leader, Shunsaku Okuda. I think it was merchandise from their 1st or 2nd tour. It's a nice touch that the character name and "©OKUDA" (like a manufacturer's mark) are engraved on the soles of the feet, just like the old character erasers. I feel like it's rare now. Personally, I'd love to see the brilliant green as a trio again. But, knowing Tommy, she probably won't easily appear in public, and I think that's just "like her."
