This is a signed shikishi (cardboard) received at the public recording of Seikima-II's radio show "Lion Sound No. 17: Seikima-II's Denpa Teikoku," held on September 15, 1991 (B.D. 8) at the Akita Prefectural Hall in Akita City, Akita Prefecture. It was given to the first people who purchased CDs or videos at the merchandise booth. It has been stored in a dark place since then, but as it is 35 years old, the shikishi itself has begun to deteriorate, and there are vertical discoloration lines along the paper fibers.
