This is a left upper anterior tooth of a great white shark (Carcharodon carcharias). The tooth is extra large, with a mesial edge of 48.8mm and a distal edge of 47.1mm, giving it a strong presence. It is a symmetrical, white, and very beautiful tooth, and is a newly formed functional tooth from the first row. Teeth of this size, well-preserved and symmetrical, are rare and difficult to obtain. Although it is a functional tooth, it is a perfect tooth with no chips in the crown, serrations, or root, and its sharpness and cutting edge are like a cutter knife, making it a wonderful tooth.
