A fan with a white and light-colored design. It has a painting-like decorative lace edge. The back is marked "made in Spain." The ribs are plastic and decorated with a lace pattern. It spreads slightly when folded (see photo 9). There appear to be no major scratches or stains, but please understand that this is a used item before purchasing.
