Brand new, never used. It has an incredibly beautiful design. This dress has a timeless design, and the attention to detail is truly wonderful. Even though it's sleeveless, it makes you look slim. The front tucks on the skirt are also exquisite. It looks amazing when you wear it!! However, I haven't had a chance to wear it... I'm still hesitant to sell it. My closet is overflowing, so I'm hoping to pass it on to someone who will wear it often.
