Made in Spain, the leather is very soft, and they are easy to put on with the zipper. I would be happy to pass them on to someone who loves vintage fashion. When listing the item, I noticed that a part of the heel is chipped. You might be able to wear them as is, but I think it would be safer to have them replaced.
