This is a Stork Chambers model CMA18 mouthpiece for French horn. I purchased it about 15 years ago and used it for about a year before storing it, so it's in good condition. Stork is an American company, but this is a #18 bore, so it should fit instruments with a narrow bell. I used it with a Paxman M20M. There are no dents on the rim or shank. I am very sorry, but I will not negotiate on the price, so please understand.
