I usually wear 22.5cm and adjusted the fit with the thickness of my socks. I didn't wear them often, but due to the way I walk, there is some wear on the sole of the heel. Also, I'm not sure if it was originally missing or if it came off, but the decoration on the zipper of the right shoe is missing, so please be aware of that.
