The helmet itself has only been used a few times and has not been dropped or involved in any accidents. The B+COM ONE was tested before listing and confirmed to have no problems with power, speaker sound, etc. It has also only been used a few times and was purchased new from Bike World, with the speakers installed at the store at the time of purchase. The helmet bag, box, B+COM box, warranty, and charging cord are not included. I purchased this but have hardly used it, so I'm selling it because it's a waste.
