Wig cap, the foundation for sewing wigs. Made of stretchy fabric with elastic around the head. Sourced from a wig maker in the Philippines. Some are old stock and may have deteriorating elastic or stains. The cap consists of three parts: center and both sides. It's difficult to use a small cap for a larger head, but since the size can shrink during sewing, a slightly larger cap is safer.
