This is a small, crocheted pochette-style pouch. It has lovely pearl embellishments. The strap is short, so it can't be worn over the shoulder. However, you could cut the strap and use it as a pouch, or customize it yourself with some DIY. This is a new, unused item that I purchased from a general goods store and have kept in storage.
