(You can also wear it by untying the strings) There are pen marks, but they are not particularly noticeable when worn. Also, there are two holes in the tulle part. I think there are no noticeable stains or scratches on the upper body part. Although there are the above-mentioned flaws, it would be a shame to throw it away, and I think you can still wear it at home or, of course, at the park.
