This is a slicer from the NAGOMI series by MITSUBOSHI CUTLERY, a brand often used by Chef George, a restaurant owner and popular YouTuber. I purchased it new, but I'm selling it because I rarely use it. There are sharpening scratches on the blade as it has been used with a whetstone. If you are concerned, you can send it to the manufacturer to have the scratches removed. Included are the box and a free sharpening ticket. Thank you.
