Available for immediate purchase. I've disposed of the packaging, so I don't know the manufacturer, but it's a dog and cat water dispenser I bought at a pet supply store. It's designed to be used by inserting a plastic water bottle. I've only run water through it once. It's been about 4 years since I bought it, so please purchase only if you understand and accept this.
