This is a junk item. The connection doesn't work well, and the wiring for the right earbud is visible. The noise canceling on the left earbud works normally, so I don't think it's broken. The case can charge, but the connection didn't work well. Purchased on 2023/5/28, but the right earbud broke after about a year and has been that way since.
