This is the Blackstar HT-METAL. It's a high-gain version of the renowned HT-DUAL, and its incredibly powerful and creamy distortion still sounds great today. Despite the name "metal," it's not an extreme sound, so it's quite versatile. If I had to describe it, it's like a Marshall with boosted low-mids. When you crank the gain, it has a smooth sound, and it's great for B'z-style solos. Each of the two channels has its own gain and level controls, allowing you to use it for clean/lead, crunch/lead, or lead/solo sounds. It also has a bypass function, so you can create a sound in bypass and effectively use it as a three-channel amp. The condition is generally good, with some minor scratches.
