This is a DVD from a while ago, but I think the basics are the same. The DVD, which starts with the basics of paddling and take-off, was truly invaluable. Other DVDs of surfing competitions, etc., are enjoyable as expected from the world stage. The back of the disc has some minor scratches due to its age. However, it played perfectly on my DVD player. There's a slight image blur, but it's not noticeable. This is a used item, so please only purchase if you understand this.
