☆ Substantial Price Reduction! ☆ This is an antique maru obi from the early Showa era, approximately 100 years old. It has a substantial weight and is made of sturdy fabric. The color is very chic, and the design features cranes, so I've been told it was a fine item used for weddings. It was an item that belonged to my grandmother. I am not well-versed in kimonos or obis, but I believe the patterns, such as pine, bamboo, plum blossoms, and fans with chrysanthemums, are fitting for a wedding. Please check the photos. As it is an old item, I have listed it as "has some scratches and stains," but I don't see any tears or significant damage, and I think it's in good condition considering its age. There are some faint stains on the plain areas (photos 5 and 9). I welcome purchases from those who appreciate its historical value and antique charm.
