This is a very charming Mod Era Barbie! Her hair is the red hair of a Living Barbie, and her face, with its pink lips, eye print, and eyelashes, is similar to a Mod Barbie's face. Perhaps it's from the early days, or maybe it's due to different production runs. This is a head that can be swapped onto a modern body, and it has a face very similar to a Mod Barbie. I think it's fantastic. At first, I thought the hair might have been cut, but the hair follicles are different, so it's definitely a Living Barbie. Close-up photos reveal some eyelash imperfections and a slight chip on the lip, but when viewed with the naked eye, I think you'd only notice it in the photos. I didn't even notice the lip issue myself. I think she's quite beautiful. Her eyebrows and hair are gorgeous. Perhaps the ends of the hair have been cut, but it's not noticeable at all. She has been swapped to an older body that is the perfect size for Mod Barbie's clothes. The body is still in excellent condition. When the body was swapped, the rubber band may have been wrapped around the neck joint for adjustment. There are no problems with it at the moment. Her face has a natural color. Her skin tone is natural and there is no difference in color compared to the body. Long side-up hair is wonderful, but she's a Barbie with a long bob that goes with any outfit. I highly recommend her, as she is an easy-to-play-with and beautiful Barbie for Mod-style beginners. For veterans, how about her as a Mod doll you can play with, rather than display in a glass case?
