This is a Head IS6 G2. The original case is not included. I found this at my parents' house while decluttering. Judging by the grip end design, it's likely an early model and in relatively good condition. I didn't see any major paint chips on the frame. It's popular enough to have a re-release, so if anyone is looking for one, here it is! The grip has deteriorated due to humidity, so it's been protected with plastic wrap. If you plan to use it, I recommend replacing the original grip.
