☆ This is an old Oshima Tsumugi that I purchased a while ago at a recycled kimono shop. While many Oshima Tsumugi are crisp, this one is very soft and comfortable to wear, conforming to the body. I imagine it has probably been washed and re-sewn many times. ☆ The base color is dark brown with beige, green, and orange patterns, and the lining (hakake) is orange. It has a retro, antique atmosphere, and although it has a large pattern, it surprisingly goes well with any obi. I have worn it myself 2-3 times. ☆ The Oshima Tsumugi is silk, but the lining (doura) and hakake are unknown.
