It was stored wrapped in paper in a box, so I believe it is unused, but the box is in poor condition due to long-term home storage and cannot be included. There is a small dot in image 6, but this is originally inside the glass and cannot be removed. The logo sticker appears to be slightly scratched or deteriorated.
