Thank you for viewing my model car collection. I am reluctantly selling the model cars I have collected as a hobby for many years to support my life in old age. This model car is a Kyosho 1/18 Land Rover Defender Movie Edition Tomb Raider, never displayed. It is the "Tomb Raider Defender" that Lara Croft, played by Angelina Jolie, drives in the movie "Tomb Raider" (see photo 10). The actual car was unveiled in Geneva earlier than on the screen (see photo 9). Based on the V8 Defender 110 pickup, Land Rover's special equipment division modified it with the Paramount Pictures staff. Land Rover also commercialized the Tomb Raider Defender. I opened it for this sale. The paper tape for securing it is still in place. The realism of the various equipment is just like the real thing and is very impressive.
