This is the Louis Vuitton M46442 Arch Messenger Bag. I purchased it online from Louis Vuitton about a year ago for around 310,000 yen. I have all the original accessories, including the receipt, which is pictured with other documents. The original shipping box from the online purchase is also included, with the SECURITY seal that is always affixed to online orders still intact.
