Here are two pairs of long pants perfect for everyday wear. The beige pair, which looks like chinos, is from Kumikyoku and has no noticeable stains. The light blue pair has a little bit of dirt on the hem. The size is the same for both. I wore them almost all year round, so they were very useful.
