In 1967, the Cylinder Line series, designed by architect and designer Arne Jacobsen, was released by the Danish company Stelton. This series, based on a simple and beautiful cylindrical design, has won numerous design awards and is highly regarded as a representative work of Stelton, still being produced today. It has also been selected as a permanent collection in famous museums such as the Museum of Modern Art in New York. The coffee pot and ashtray offered here were purchased around 1970 at the design corner of Ginza Matsuya. Therefore, although they are used items, Stelton's technology is excellent and precise, with the stainless steel still shining brightly, and there is no damage to any of the details. However, during that time, they were used daily, with the ashtray used for several years. The coffee pot was mainly used for guests. They were also carefully kept as interior decorations.
