Thank you for viewing. This is an official Insta360 Bullet Time Handle. It's the previous version, so it doesn't function as a tripod. I used it a few times when I first bought it, but haven't used it since. Therefore, it's clean with no scratches. The bearings are smooth, and of course, there are no issues with using it for Bullet Time shots. There is no box, so only the handle itself as shown in the photos will be included.
