This is a plastic item from the mid-1970s, one of the items I've been collecting for nearly 40 years (Junior Wing). It's from a major American airline that was once the most well-known, but it went bankrupt in 1991 and no longer exists. Junior Wings were badges given as gifts to children who flew on the airline. They have a history of nearly 90 years, but are no longer given out by all but a few airlines. I have multiple items in stock, so please inquire.
