The charging lamp lights up, but the power doesn't turn on. This item is being sold as junk for parts. This is a one-owner item purchased new, so I believe there were no network usage restrictions. No accessories, just the main unit. If you want the outer box in the image, I will include it for an additional 500 yen, so please comment before purchasing.
