This is a red Tenmoku tea bowl by Rakukichizaemon XII, Konyu. It comes in a double box, an outer box and a paulownia wood box (tomobako). It has a beautiful shifuku (protective silk pouch). On the inside of the lid of the paulownia wood box, there is a written inscription by Sosei, the 12th generation of the Omotesenke school, with the inscription "Hosen" and Sosei's kao (signature). Konyu's mark is on the side of the foot. It is a magnificent work that exudes a sense of style. ☆Size☆ Width: Approximately 12.5 cm, Height: Approximately 7 cm ☆Condition☆ There appears to be a nyu (crack), but it does not sound broken.
