I replaced the batteries. This was because I always had to reset the system when the batteries died. The power supply has been checked. Voice input and output are normal, and there was no noise at all. The charger is working properly. Returns and refunds based on the symptoms/condition described in the product description are not accepted. Please purchase only if you agree with the condition.
