This is a SHIPS exclusive 2-way expandable briefcase from TUMI. It's not a current model, but likely the first model, and the gray color in particular is rare, making it quite valuable now. I don't remember exactly when I bought it, but I think it was about 15 years ago. I'm selling it because I found it while organizing my closet. There's a tear at the base of the shoulder strap, and some of the leather on the handles is peeling. Overall, there's damage and signs of use. If you have it repaired and maintained, the product itself is originally sturdy, so I think you can still use it for a long time.
