This is a homemade Halloween costume of England from Hetalia. It has only been used once for a photoshoot and is free of stains. It's made to fit someone around 170cm tall, so it should fit someone between 165-170cm. The set includes a jacket, a blue ribbon, and a vest. It will be folded and shipped in a cardboard box.
