This is an Epson PX-M5041F. When copying, the output is blank. I tried head cleaning several times, but it didn't improve. I took it to the Epson repair center, and they said that parts replacement (carriage scale) is necessary. Is anyone able to fix it, or does anyone need it for parts? Ink is included. The only included accessory is the AC cable.
