(Please forgive me if I miscounted) It comes with a band. I don't know much about it, but it seems to be paper money for offerings to the gods. It has serial numbers, but they are all the same. Some sheets have folded corners. Some also have some stains. I will take measures to prevent water damage and ship via Rakuraku Mercari (Nekopos). Thank you.
