This item is new, but has been stored at home for about 3 years. We have a Chihuahua, but I feel it might be a bit large for a small dog. Perhaps it's more suitable for a medium-sized dog or larger. The thinning shears and large scissors are 17cm long, while the others are 12cm and 9cm.
