Just coat and fry! This is a karaage mix that recreates the classic Taiwanese street food, chicken cutlet (Ji Pai), characterized by the sweet aroma of star anise and cinnamon. One bag contains two small packets. One packet is for two servings (250g of chicken = I can eat it all myself!). You can also fry it with a small amount of oil (about 1cm in a skillet).
