The condition is as shown in the photos, and all included accessories are also shown in the photos. The black anti-slip material on the back (or whatever it is) is missing. I'm also unsure about the battery capacity. While it's not unusable as a mouse, there are issues such as the left and right clicks requiring a slightly harder press to register. I was considering disassembling and cleaning it, but I don't have the skills, so I'm putting it up for sale. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a junk/used item.
