This is an eyeliner brush that was included in an early set from Soyo Brush. It doesn't suit me, so I haven't used it much. It has been washed. It was stored upright, so there are some scratches on the back of the brush, as if it has been scraped. The quality of the brush itself is fine and it is in good condition.
