There are no holes or tears, and it's in good condition, but please understand that there might be something I missed. It hasn't gotten wet in the rain. All the accessories that came with the purchase, such as pegs and a hammer, are included. The pegs and hammer have been used twice for camping, but the guy ropes are unused.
