This is probably a toy that came with a kids' plate, but I don't remember the exact time or place I got it. I think it was after 2020. It moves forward when you pull it back. Since it was a freebie, it's a toy with a certain cheap feel to it. Since it's thick, I plan to ship it via non-standard mail. This is a used item, so I would appreciate it if someone who understands this would purchase it.
