This is a blouse with a ribbon (bow tie) from Rope Picnic. It has an oversized, loose, and fluffy design. The color is a gentle ivory. I think it would look great paired with tight pants. I've only tried it on and it's been sitting in my dresser, so I'm offering it to someone who will use it. In the last photo, I found three small yellowish stains on the fingertips. I think they might come out in the wash, but I'm not sure, so I've slightly reduced the price. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item.
