There are black specks on the back, which, upon investigation, appear to be cotton residue from the manufacturing process. I don't think there is any fading or stains, but as it has been stored by a non-professional for a long time, please understand any oversights and purchase accordingly. There are fold lines. Please consider the photo on the 5th page as a bonus. I'm not sure about adhesive with an iron, but it should be fine to sew on, so please use it if you like.
