Please be sure to read the profile before purchasing. Introducing a pre-owned tsumugi (pongee) obi (sash), 9 sun (about 11.4 inches) wide. It's difficult to see, but the color is a very pale mint green. Chrysanthemums, plum blossoms, and what appear to be bush clover flowers are depicted on it. This obi can be worn in any season except summer. It has the nubby texture of tsumugi, giving it a warm feel. (I wanted to photograph the nubs in photo 12, but it came out darker than expected.) Feel free to pair it with komon (small-patterned) kimono or tsumugi. There is a faint stain on one side of the body of the obi (photo 13). If you are concerned, please use the other side. Also, there are scattered stains on the lining (photos 14-18). They are faint and do not show through to the front, but please be aware of this.
