This is an inch-based car tool set. It's new and unused, but please understand that there may be some dirt. The set includes pliers, screwdrivers (Phillips and flathead), 5 hex wrenches (size unknown as they haven't been opened), a spark plug wrench (18 and 21), and a set of 6 wrenches (5/19, 11/32, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 9/16, 19/39, 5/8, 3/4, 9/11, 13/16, 7/8).
