This is something my parents purchased. I've kept records of the purchase price, so I'll include that information to the best of my knowledge. It's a type of lamp you don't see very often. I believe it's been in our home for about 40 years. It was quite expensive. I think it's different from lamps made in the modern style. I don't have any documentation from the time, so I don't know the details. It was hardly used, just displayed, but it is a used item. As you can see in image 3, it's slightly tilted now, but I think it will straighten out if you screw it in properly. I don't see any cracks or chips, but there are some indentations from the manufacturing process.
