I think it would look great on both men and women. The outer part, where it's folded, seems to have a slight overall discoloration. I haven't inspected everything because it's held together with thread, but I didn't see any noticeable stains in the visible areas. This item has been stored for a long time. Please understand that there may be overlooked scratches or stains that are not mentioned. I haven't measured the length because it's held together with thread.
