Description: This is a black tea bowl by Raku Kichizaemon, the 13th generation, Nyūnyū. It has a mark on the side of the foot. It comes with a matching box and cloth. It is in a box with a certification by Sōsai, the 12th generation of the Omotesenke school. It is inscribed with "Kokeian." It has a shifuku (protective silk pouch). The moist black glaze and the refined form make this a superb piece that will look beautiful in a tea ceremony.
